A Magnetism, Electricity and Plasma Based Theory of Everything
A "theory of everything" does not truly need to be a description of every single phenomenon to be useful. Viable "theories of everything" are those that are helpful towards better understanding all of the aspects of reality. What an "ultimate theory of reality" must do is take the largest possible perspective or vantage point attempting to define and/or to describe the greatest number of phenomena in the simplest, clearest, most accurate, true, comprehensive, complete and practically useful manner or fashion. Such a model of reality must be capable of scalability, being equally predictive on the largest and smallest scales of magnitude. It must be valid from the macro to the micro making sense of phenomena that are misunderstood or misapprehended.
A theoretical model of reality that is free from unnecessary elements makes it more elegant, efficient and effective in its varied applications. So, what does a viable theoretical model of reality look like? It must begin with the largest view and be based upon seven basic facts, assumptions or postulates:
1. If 90-99% of matter is composed of plasma, then plasma is one of the fundamental substances of reality.
2. If 90-99% of matter is in a plasma phase, then it carries electricity.
3. If the 90-99% of matter that is plasma carries electricity, then electrical current is present wherever plasma is present.
4. If electrical current is present wherever plasma is present, then electricity is the fundamental motive force of reality.
5. If electricity is the fundamental motive force of reality and electrical current is present wherever there is plasma, then magnetism is also equally present.
6. If magnetism is present whenever electrical current is present, then magnetism is the underlying organizing principle of both plasma and electricity.
7. If magnetism is the underlying organizing principle of both plasma and electricity, then there are magnetic currents.*
Thus, one can form three conclusions:
1. That magnetism has currents.**
2. That magnetic currents govern electrical currents which govern plasma currents.
3. That there are three principles necessary to define and to describe reality: the substance of plasma; the motive force of electricity; the organizing principle of magnetism.
4. That a MagnetoElectroPlasma theoretical model of reality can define and describe the organization or pattern, the motive force or power and the substance of reality, on all scales and at all orders of magnitude.

The Mechanics of Human Energy
The main challenge in understanding the energies of the human psyche is recognizing that there is no single term that can adequately define or describe all aspects of human energy, whether psychic or physical. What is required is a number of terms that can address each of the distinct energy phenomena of the human being independently and separately. Once one has identified the fundamental categories, types or properties for each variety of human energy functioning, then one can analyze the interrelationships between these energies. To use a single term to describe all psychic energies, such as Prana, Chi or any of the myriad of terms is too vague, imprecise and ultimately inaccurate. When a healer defines the energy involved in healing as Life Energy, Cosmic Energy or any other such designation it is essentially a useless term in so far as understanding the energies of healing is concerned.
The definition and description of human energies, whether psychic or physical must attempt to define and describe all human energies through provision of a general term for each type of phenomena. The Taoist terminology of Jing, Chi and Shen is closer to reality but still lack sufficient terms, adequate definitions and/or sufficient description. So, where do we look to for a complete lexicon for the understanding of human energies? There are three sources for useful information and insight: 1. General scientific knowledge, 2. Physics, and, 3. Subjective "psychic" or "spiritual" experiences. It is from these three sources of information, knowledge and experience that one can formulate a tentative and basic model that will aid in studying, observing, experiencing, measuring, defining, describing and understanding the complete spectrum of human energy phenomena. What I offer is terms describing seven distinct categories of human energetic phenomena:
1. Bio-substance - The solids of life.
2. Bio-fluid - The liquids of life.
3. Bio-gas - The gases of life.
4. Bio-plasma - The plasma's of life.
5. Bio-electricity - The electricity of life.
6. Bio-frequency - The frequencies of life.
7. Bio-magnetism - The magnetism of life.
With these seven terms to define and describe all human energies, not only as one whole phenomenon but distinctly and separately, we will be in a better position to study human energy correctly. The understanding of psychic experiences and phenomena requires a proper model of the energies involved in those processes. To call them all "physical" is just as lazy or useless as is calling them all "spiritual." In fact, psychic energies are physical energies involving all four phases of matter, including magnetism, frequencies and electricity, thus one can actually describe all psychic experience/phenomena through physics. What must be acknowledged and confirmed by science is that: human beings can breath in gases other than and in addition to oxygen; that plasma's may be formed in and around human beings; that human beings carry electricity and can increase their electrical conductivity through plasma development; that the organization and pattern of human beings are governed by magnetic currents and specific frequencies of sound.
This is what a physics of psychology or a psychology described by physics must look like.
The Mechanism of Healing and "Miracles"
There is a mechanism by which human growth/development, physical healing and "miracles" takes place. This mechanism is governed by physics and can be described as a physics of psychology. This type of physics rests upon a few assumptions about human psychology such as: that through application of certain principles specific human energies can be increased; these energies are composed of gases, plasma's, electricity and magnetism; that specific frequencies of sound or tone can affect one's magnetic/electrical potential; that certain bodily movements or activities can affect magnetic/electrical potential; that intention can affect magnetic/electrical potential; that substances within the human body may be transformed into any of the four phases of matter, i.e., solid, liquid, gas or plasma; that certain activities of movement, sound or intent affect the magnetic/electrical potential of the human being transforming sexual fluids into gases; that gases other than oxygen can be inhaled and absorbed; that the electricity that is present in the human being may transform gases into plasma's within/around the human being; that the magnetic/electrical potential of the human being may be increased through plasma development given its high electrical conductivity; that electricity is the main energy or engine of human growth/development, healing and "miraculous" phenomena.
A few pointers toward the facilitation of these processes:
1. Sit on the Earth - Through sitting on the Earth one absorbs magnetic/electric currents.
2. Transform sexual fluids to gases - The seven vowel sounds seem to be a helpful means to sexual fluid transformation. Specific tones, combinations or progressions are: OU-OH; YOH-OH-AH-EYE-EH-EE; AUM; YOU-YOH-OW-WHY-HIGH-HEY-HOO (these seven vowel/tone systems are based on the DO-RE-MI-FA-SOL-LA-TI-DO musical scale.)
3. Breath through your nose - Place your tongue lightly on the roof of your mouth and inhale gases through your nose. When practicing the tones mentioned previously one can absorb gases through natural breathing, essentially performing natural or automatic pranayama's.
4. Heal your life with electricity - Your goal is to increase your plasma's through increasing your gas potential through transformation and/or absorption. The purpose of developing your plasma's is to increase your electrical conductivity. As you increase your electrical conductivity, you increase your electrical potential. To increase your electrical potential is to develop your healing potential.
The same forces of magnetism, electricity and frequency that heal the "physical" body are the same forces that heal the human psyche. The human psyche is composed of these forces, just as the physical form is patterned by them.

Kundalini Vs. Holy Ghost
The Distinction Between "Holy Ghost" and "Kundalini" Experiences
I have personally experienced much of the Kundalini process in my own physical body, as well as intensively within my mental and emotional life. It is clear to me that just as there are physical kriya's or spontaneous movements that are a byproduct of energy flow and purification, there are also mental and emotional kriya's, which are developmental or purifying actions of psychic energy. My own Teacher seems to have had fully developed Kundalini energy and I have attended services in a Holy Ghost church. I have experienced these processes internally, just as I have observed and felt them externally in others and my environment. What is going on in the "Holy Roller" churches? What is happening in the "Kundalini" process? What is the distinction between these two distinct experiences or expressions of the same energy or phenomenon? I want to explore these questions without any expectation that I will reach some final explanation or theory of these related phenomena but the attempt is worth the effort.
Holy Ghost
When one attends certain churches there is a palpable energy that can be felt, not only energetically but also physically. It is an energy that seems to circulate throughout, pervade and fill certain types of churches or services. This energy can be felt very strongly in the navel as it builds up and it actually precipitates bodily movement. One can also observe the many varied manifestations of this energy throughout the church. This energy is no respecter of persons, as it will affect the individual who is there for the first time just as surely as the old-school Church Mother. It is a force that is physical, given that it has physical effects. We may call it psychic to distinguish it from the physical body. All energy originates in the Spiritual but I am not convinced that these forces are necessarily "spiritual" in some "High and Holy" sense. I am convinced from all of my experiences combined that these are plasma phenomena, more than likely fueled by the gases that are inhaled or that are the result of transformed sexual fluid.
There are a few other properties of this energy that are worth noting. This energy carries electricity and likewise conducts different forms of magnetism. It flows both where there is an openness to it and/or when there is a need. Unlike the "Kundalini" energy flow this energy flows into the body more than into the psyche. Thus, it is has less of a meditative effect and more of an expressive one. This is a real gaseous/plasma/electrical/magnetic physical energy that expresses itself physically in and through the body. This may explain the unspoken but commonly observed recognition of there often being an absence of deep, lasting and total transformation in many "Holy Roller" churches. For psychological transformation to occur energy must flow into the psyche, not merely into and through the body. This is the fundamental distinction between the "Holy Ghost" and the "Kundalini," in one the energy flows downward into the body and in the other the energy flows upward into the psyche. The energy is the same, whereas the flow is different and therefore the effects are similar and yet distinctive.

There is no such thing as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine. It is clear that the navel or the Hara is the energy center for the whole body and for the entire psyche. This is the significance of the concept of the "Kundalini." What is correct in the Yogic theory is that an energy does go up the spine and that it does enter into certain "centers" along the front and back of the spine. The energy involved in this process seems to be the transformed sexual fluid. This fluid appears to be transformed into gases, some of which rise upward, either along the front of the body or up the spine. As these energies move up the spine some of them flow along lines or channels horizontal to the spine. As these energies enter into these channels one begins to naturally inhale additional gases, which blend together with these sexual gases. The result is the feeling of various pressures within the physical body, as well as something akin to bubbles, globes or spheres of substance all along the front of the body and the back, following the line or path of the spine.
I want to make one thing absolutely clear: I AM NOT ADVOCATING CELIBACY OR SEXUAL FLUID RETENTION. The only necessity is that one learn practices that transform sexual fluid, whether mental such as Kriya yoga or the Taoist microcosmic orbit, mantra such as the 7 vowel sounds or the Yogic chakra seed syllables and/or movement practices with an energy emphasis such as Qi Gong or Kouk Sun do. Various forms of concentration or even sitting meditation obviously assist in this transformation process. One may also practice placing the left hand below the belly button or on the lower back in the same region to help in transformation. The essential point is to transform sexual fluid not to pervert sexual expression. The indications that one is actually transforming sexual fluid are one of three: 1. Periodic pressure in the solar plexus and head, 2. Energy moving up the spine continuously, 3. Natural pranayama's where one inhales and absorbs gases other than oxygen regularly. This is as much as I know about the Kundalini process.
The purpose of the "Kundalini" process is psychological transformation, not merely psychic phenomena. Enlightenment is often associated with "Kundalini" but the "Kundalini" is an energy expression of the Self, thus Enlightenment is not contingent upon the "Kundalini" process. It is psychological transformation, growth, development and completion that is the end state of the "Kundalini" process. When the "Holy Roller" churches direct the "Holy Ghost" internally, then psycholgical transformation and Enlightenment will become more common in Christian churches. The energy of God is one and the same, whether it operates as the "Kundalini" or as the "Holy Ghost." The only distinctions within God's Power are in the manifestations. Good luck with the "Holy Ghost," in the "Kundalini" and in the process of Enlightenment!

A Practical Methodology for Enlightenment
There are only three modes of Awareness:
Focused, Defocused and Unfocused.
Focused awareness results in Psychological Positions
Unfocused awareness is Enlightened Awareness
Defocused awareness is the means to Unfocused awareness.
Awareness may be Defocused through three ways:
through Awareness,
through Space
and
through Oneness.***
The three ways to Defocus through Awareness are:
going backward;
turning inward;
dropping everything.
The three ways to Defocus through Space are:
expanding outward;
filling space;
letting go.
The three ways to Defocus through Oneness are:
entering into;
going between;
getting behind.
Going backward is taking Awareness back and away from experiences, psychological or physical.
Turning inward is turning Awareness 180 degrees.
Dropping everything is instantly shifting away from focusing upon any object.
Expanding outward is moving Awareness in all directions without limit or boundary.
Filling space is shifting Awareness beyond psychological and physical boundaries.
Letting go is opening to everything, allowing, floating and setting everything free.
Entering into is penetrating into the "other" to find the underlying Oneness that is "self" and "other."
Going between is bringing Awareness to the Space between "subject" and "object."
Getting behind is standing back, apart, away from all objects of experience, directly perceiving the preexisting Space of Oneness that is Awareness.
Awareness is a Space of Oneness.
Space is an Awareness of Oneness.
Oneness is an Awareness of Space.

Energy Cultivation
The Science of Energy Cultivation
As one progresses along the spiritual path one may have all manner of experiences, be they psychic or be they physical. My own theory is that all experiences of an energetic nature that are experienced on the spiritual path can be defined and described by physics. This means that we must assume that the human being is composed - actually or potentially - of all four states of matter. A human being contains and consists of solids, liquids, gases and plasmas. I am convinced from my own personal experiences that this is the correct interpretation of the phenomena and that it is the right jumping off point for a discussion of the energetic phenomena experienced, as a result of spiritual practices.
So, we have two general questions: What are these energies specifically? How do they operate? In other words, how does physics work within the human psyche? We must look in two directions for answers: 1. To the descriptions of spiritual practitioners, and, 2. To the science of physics. Our goal is to ascertain how physics operates within the province of psychic experience or within the realm of psychology. This is our challenge. I am convinced that we breath in gases that nourish our psychic life. These gases seem to be distinct from the oxygen gases that sustain the physical body and brain. That they are gases is certain. They expand, one feels pressure, as they squirrel within and around the physical form. The pressure can be felt around the solar plexus and the head but these are not the only places. It is always connected with and immediately follows the breath and these pressures are similar to the pressures associated with indigestion, flatulence and belching. The distinction being that these gases seem to nourish the psychic life rather than cause unpleasant physical sensations.
Are the headaches caused by an excess build up of gases, in and around the head? Are the so-called, "aches and pains" that many experience really the result of gases? What other "psychosomatic" phenomena can best be understood as the actions of gases/plasmas? These and many other questions besides can be posed, if and when we interpret the facts correctly. How does all of this relate to understanding energy cultivation and what is the relationship of energy cultivation to Enlightenment?
Energy Cultivation and Spirituality
There are five distinct aspects to energy cultivation. The main value of energy cultivation lies in its relevance to health, vitality and well-being. Having a strong energy that is well-developed, well-rounded and well-balanced is beneficial in all areas of life and in all relationships. When there are energetic knots, clogs, blocks or constrictions there can be difficulty in sustaining Enlightened awareness. Low energy leads to problems in all areas. It is still unclear whether energy cultivation leads to Enlightenment but it is possible that it might. Energy cultivation is based on five basic principles: transformation, absorption, circulation, clearing and utilization. Each principle will be addressed separately.
Energy Transformation
The first step in energy cultivation is transformation of the sexual fluids into gases. This process can be catalyzed by many means but one of the most direct methods is through sounds or mantras. Clearly, this process can be accomplished through movements, postures and martial arts as well. Methods of concentration upon energy centers also are effective. It is likely that most concentrative activities or practices facilitate the transformation of sexual fluids into gases. The approach that I have personally found most effective and immediate is a simple practice that is based on the seven vowel sounds. The sounds that are focused upon are "OU" and then "OH." I have found this combination of sounds to be the most reliable and consistent means of transforming the sexual fluids into gases. As these gases rise upward they seem to follow one of two paths, up the front of the body or up the spine. This brings us to step two or energy absorption.
Energy Absorption
As the gases derived from sexual fluids rise upward, either along the front of the body or up the spine, they precipitate another process of energy absorption. If these gases flow up the front of the body they settle in the solar plexus and in the head. As these energies flow up the spine they settle at a number of points along and outward from the spine. What happens in conjunction with either of these two processes is an inhalation and an absorption of gases that blend with these gases. The sexual gases seem to "seed" various parts of the human psyche and then more gases are absorbed through natural breathing or what I am calling natural pranayama's. These pranayama's result in a natural absorption of gases, without artificial breathing exercises or by unnaturally holding the breath. One understands why Yogi's strive to imbibe these substances, as they are very beneficial to life.
Energy Circulation
As energy is absorbed there is energy circulation. When energy reaches the solar plexus or the head, there seems to be a general circulation of energy that is non-specific and that relates to the psyche, as a whole. As energy goes up the spine it is circulated along the front of the body. There is a definite sensation of energy globules, spheres or bubbles, all along the front of the body. This may be precisely how the "psychic faculties" are grown, developed and opened. The key to psychic development may be contingent upon three factors: 1. Mantras or syllables that stimulate the "energy centers," 2. Sexual gases flowing up the spine, and, 3. Inhalation of gases that nourish and develop the psychic centers. When sexual fluids are transformed into gases and gases are inhaled naturally, the circulation of these substances within the psyche tends to happen naturally.
Energy Clearing
As one experiences the circulation of energies, a general clearing of the energy occurs. The whole range of mental, emotional and physical knots, clogs, blocks or constrictions begin to become unravelled, unknotted and to become undone. Some may equate this process with "ego dissolution" but such an intrepretation may be premature. What is certain is that various psychological energies that are harmful to one's life are expressed, resolved, released or integrated. What are the best methods for the facilitation of this cleansing and healing process? Overall, this purification has a wisdom of its own but what I have found helpful is a correct understanding of the role of magnetic spin/polarity in the hemispheres of the body. The way to heal one's life seems to reside in application of one's left palm to the left hemisphere of one's body and of the right palm to the right hemisphere of the body. This simple practice lessened the intensity of the major energetic knot on the left side of my body.
Energy Utilization
Once energy is accumulated through transformation, absorption and circulation, then freed up through energy clearing, how does one utilize one's energy? First, nourish one's life and complete one's evolutionary development, then transmit energy to others for healing, enlightenment or to help in other ways. Use your power to help humanity in all areas: Food/Water/Air Quality; Infrastructure; Transportation; Energy; Communications; Information Technology; Health/Well-being. Apply your power to the solution of all human problems be they, spiritual, intellectual, political, social, economic, sexual or physical. It is incumbent upon all who possess power to Enlighten others, to Heal them and to help all beings to Evolve ever higher. This is how to utilize your energy, as it builds and grows to its full potential!

Principles of Reality
Principles of Reality
What is the nature of reality? What are the essential principles of reality? Is it spiritual? Is it material? Are such questions even valid? Can we understand reality or can we only experience it? I have come to the conclusion that reality is comprehensible and that what it is can be experienced directly. I am convinced that a simple set of principles can be utilized to adequately define and to accurately describe reality. Part of the challenge of demystifying "spiritual experience" and "psychic phenomena" begins with a correct conceptual framework for understanding reality fundamentally. There is no way around the formulation of a basic philosophical understanding or perspective of reality. A viable model of reality must be based upon what is self-evident for the most part, while being simple, clear, accurate, true, comprehensive, complete and practically useful. Endless facts create confusion and begin to obscure practical validity, just as incomplete philosophical systems lead to theoretical and practical problems. Philosophical assumptions must be seen for what they are and must never become an obstacle to the perception, conception and understanding or reality, as it truly is.
Both, the scientists and the religionists have distorted fundamental facts of human experience through inaccurate materialist-reductionistic and spiritual-religious misinterpretations of the physics of psychology. To attribute every experience that scientists are too lazy to study or too dense to understand to biological/physiological/chemical processes is unscientific as it is not falsifiable. It is no different than those in spiritual circles calling all manifestations of energy that are not clearly bodily, "subtle energy." In each case, both are disregarding whole bodies of evidence, some from spiritual traditions and some from modern science that both point to a physics explanation for all psychological phenomena. Prana is composed of gases. So-called "life-energy" is more than likely composed of gases, partially ionized gases and plasmas. I have concluded thus from experience. When I breath, gases are absorbed that go other places than to my heart. I am assuming that they are lighter than oxygen but I cannot say for certain. To attempt to coalesce and consolidate many distinct concepts, experiences and knowledge into a coherent, comprehensive and complete philosophical, theoretical and practical set of principles is the challenge.
One must always begin somewhere and must start out with a simple set of philosophical principles or assumptions that are all-inclusive, if one ever hopes to make sense of reality in a holistic manner or in a complete way. I will lay out the "principles of reality" as I have come to understand them, experience them and to have concluded them to be. The hope is that these principles will make reality clearer, while also aiding the processes of envisioning and creating better technological applications and more perfect practical solutions. When reality is misunderstood, we unintentionally work against natural forces but when correctly understood we are in a better position to realize the range of possibilities. We cannot actualize the best potentials, if we do not grasp the fundamental principles of reality, including their interrelationships and their limitations. The only principle of reality that is Infinite, Unlimited, Absolute or Ultimate is Awareness. All forms of information and energy come with limitation. By understanding limitations, we can better comprehend the most effective practical applications.
Awareness, Information and Energy
The three overarching principles of reality that account for everything are Awareness, Information and Energy. All phenomena regardless of scale, form or duration are the result of the interplay, relationship and interaction of these three basic principles. Awareness is the spiritual principle that all of creation and that all beings share equally in. It is the ubiquitous, single, underlying fact that is present everywhere, as the Source of all forms and varieties of information and energy. In other posts, the nature of Awareness has been touched upon and it has been emphasized repeatedly that to understand Awareness one must experience Awareness. All of the practical indications toward that direct experience have been already sufficiently enumerated. Awareness is equivalent to the notion of God but then in this sense as the Infinite, Absolute, Ultimate, Formless Essence that precedes everything.
What is information? A synonym for information is frequency or sound. Every vibration has specific frequency/sound and is thus a carrier of precise information. What is energy? A concentration of substance to a point or a particle is generally the form that energy takes. There is no volume of space that does not carry some form of information/energy. The dividing line between information and energy is difficult to discern given that they are two sides of the same coin. Information is like an expansive wave and energy is like a contractive point. Yet, one can become the other, through expansion or through contraction, as information and energy are ultimately equivalent. A human being for instance is a complex of informational waves and energetic particles forming one whole pattern or system. A thought can become action and an experience can become an emotion. There is a seamless interplay between these two as information translates into energy and as energy becomes information. Is there really a distinction between information and energy or are they merely two expressions of the same substance? Information is radiative and expansive and energy is concentrative and contractive. What are all of the forms of information and energy? How do the forces of expansion and contraction operate on all scales?
We must study all three aspects of reality if we are to understand anything. We must study our own
Awareness through defocusing awareness. As for studying information and energy, we must delve into all of the forms that these two principles take.
Expansion, Contraction and Balancing
Two additional principles that must be addressed at the outset are the principles of expansion and contraction. There is also a third principle that balances the two but what must be understood is the basic principle that describes and provides the model for defining all forms of change, transformation, growth, development and even decay. All change or transformation occurs through an expansion followed by a contraction and/or through a contraction followed by an expansion. Following these movements there is always a balancing of the two. Expansion is a release of energy that radiates outward from the center in all directions and contraction is an absorption of energy that contracts inward toward the center from all directions. The balancing of these two movements blends them together in the middle between these two forces. All actions on all scales are governed by these three basic forces taking all different forms and operating in all distinct media, whether, through magnetism, sound, light, electricity, plasmas, gases, liquids, solids, etc. There is no change and there is no form that is not governed by these forces.
This means that the "universe" and anything else besides could have been created initially by either a "big bang" or a "big crunch" but that ultimately both processes are necessary to create or to change anything, whether they occur simultaneously or sequentially. From the largest scale to the smallest the same basic principles of change, growth and evolution occur in the same way. Human evolution for example is contingent upon absorbing gases/plasmas through contraction and circulating them throughout one's life through expansion. First there is an absorption of energy through contraction and then there is a release of energy through expansion or vis versa. Every change occurs in precisely this way and follows this process or procedure. Thus, every event is predictable, describable and definable given that all forces and factors involved are relatively well known, accounted for and sufficiently understood. How can we better design our technologies to account for and operate according to these two basic facts of change? What practical problems can be addressed through application of this basic principle? How can we apply these principles of expansion/contraction to generate usable energy?
The Basic Pattern of Reality - The Figure-Eight Cross
What form do the essential forces of expansion and contraction take? These forces operate throughout every form through the pattern of interlocking 3-D figure-eight crosses. In fact, the basic pattern or structure of the whole substance of reality is in the form of a 3-Dimensional Lemniscate Fractal that can be scaled up to any magnitude and that can be scaled down to any dimension. Picture a pattern of figure-eight crosses within figure-eight crosses, each containing the equal forces of expansion and contraction, as the balancing force flows in-between them. Just look at your eyes, then look at your mouth and forehead. You can map out your entire life with figure-eight crosses. Superimpose a figure-eight over a tree from root to branch and you can see contractive forces in the roots, expansive forces in the branches and balancing forces in the trunk. The real "tree of life" is described by a fractal pattern of figure-eight crosses. There is no form, from a galaxy to an atom that cannot be described, defined and completely rendered through the pattern of interlocking figure-eight fractals.
This pattern governs magnetism which, as Albert Roy Davis and Walter C. Rawls have shown through their work possesses magnetic currents that are composed of two separate, equal, distinct forces. Magnetism governs all relationships, drawing and holding all things together. There are not four forces, just one and it is magnetism. All forms of sound follow this pattern, as do all forms of energy. Sound and light are governed by magnetism. All forms of plasma, gas, liquid and solid are influenced by sounded light and are shaped through magnetic currents. Electricity is part of the balancing force for the two magnetic currents. Sound frequency affects magnetic current flow, adjusting electrical flow and bringing about change in form. Matter or substance takes seven basic
forms: magnetism; sound; light; plasma; gas; liquid; solid. Heat and cold are merely the byproducts of the forces of expansion or contraction. Electricity is the balancing force between the two magnetic currents. The flow of electrical currents may be mapped along the perimeter of the figure-eight fractal patterns that reality is composed of.
The Seven Forms of Information/Energy
What are the basic forms of information and energy? Just as there are seven basic states of matter or substance, there are seven basic forms that all substances of information/energy take within the figure-eight pattern. The most fundamental form of information and energy is Space. Within Space there are contained all forms of information and energy, as well as all possible forms of information and energy. There are many possible spaces of information and spaces of energy. It is impossible for any object to exist without a space of information and energy. It must be understood that space is a substance. Every space carries frequencies. A frequency is a more complex, coherent pattern of sounds. Where there are frequencies, particles are formed. When the potential energies of space are contracted by frequencies particles are produced. Another way to say this is that magnetism orders sound into coherent frequency patterns that generate light. Particles coalesce or gather together forming into spheres or envelopes. A sphere is like a bubble of energy that possesses a membrane through which particles can be absorbed or released. As particles circulate within spheres and are absorbed/released vortices are developed, internally and externally. Through the action of vortices, matrices are produced within spheres that follow the form of the sphere. All interactions between spaces, frequencies, particles, spheres, vortices and matrices are governed by the principle of resonance. What does this tell us about reality? What is the relevance of these principles to technology? Through better understanding form, we can better understand function.
A human being is a composite of informational and energetic patterns composed of spaces, frequencies, particles, spheres, vortices, matrices and resonance. To understand any phenomenon one need only break it down into its basic forms. It must be emphasized that there is no such place as "empty space." Space is the basic substance within which and out of which all of these forms of information and energy arise. Why is this important? How is this perspective of reality more useful than the alternatives? What is its practical import? The fact is that in understanding the nature of creation, one can better fashion more efficient and effective technologies. If you want to fly, you do not create a "bird-like" sphere! Instead you create a sphere that "swims" through the air. A bird is a most inefficient flying creature that is a land-based animal that is evolved to fly, not an air-based creature that is designed to fly. The correct understanding is found by looking at underwater species. They live, move and have their being underwater and thus are more perfectly adapted for underwater movement. Forms must be designed according to the medium within which they must operate and not according to the limitations of either our philosophical assumptions, knowledge or experience. We assume that it is necessary to have wings to fly and though our assumption is based on experience it is still false. Wings are not necessary for flight!
Putting it All Together
Awareness is the Ultimate Space that contains all forms of information and energy. The terms information and energy are synonymous with the terms expansive and contractive forces. The forces of expansion and contraction operate at all scales through 3-Dimensional figure-eight cross fractal patterns. Another name for these forces is magnetism, which patterns all sound, light, electricity, plasmas, gases, liquids and solids into lemniscate cross fractals. These materials are formed into spaces, frequencies, particles, spheres, vortices, matrices and resonances. By looking at reality through the correct "conceptual lens" or with the appropriate "principle filter," one is able to see much more and to understand everything much better. I am convinced that understanding the nature of reality is relevant to Self-Realization and to human development and evolution. What types of spheres do gases or plasmas form in and around human life? What kind of vortices? What matrices? What are the resonances between human beings? How does magnetism hold the human being together? How can one utilize the figure-eight pattern to create a map that describes the magnetic energy flow within the human being?
With a new spirituality there must ultimately come a new science. May my theories point in the direction of new scientific research, new technological development and a larger more accurate picture of reality that is nonetheless simple, clear, true, comprehensive, complete and practically useful.
What is the nature of reality? What are the essential principles of reality? Is it spiritual? Is it material? Are such questions even valid? Can we understand reality or can we only experience it? I have come to the conclusion that reality is comprehensible and that what it is can be experienced directly. I am convinced that a simple set of principles can be utilized to adequately define and to accurately describe reality. Part of the challenge of demystifying "spiritual experience" and "psychic phenomena" begins with a correct conceptual framework for understanding reality fundamentally. There is no way around the formulation of a basic philosophical understanding or perspective of reality. A viable model of reality must be based upon what is self-evident for the most part, while being simple, clear, accurate, true, comprehensive, complete and practically useful. Endless facts create confusion and begin to obscure practical validity, just as incomplete philosophical systems lead to theoretical and practical problems. Philosophical assumptions must be seen for what they are and must never become an obstacle to the perception, conception and understanding or reality, as it truly is.
Both, the scientists and the religionists have distorted fundamental facts of human experience through inaccurate materialist-reductionistic and spiritual-religious misinterpretations of the physics of psychology. To attribute every experience that scientists are too lazy to study or too dense to understand to biological/physiological/chemical processes is unscientific as it is not falsifiable. It is no different than those in spiritual circles calling all manifestations of energy that are not clearly bodily, "subtle energy." In each case, both are disregarding whole bodies of evidence, some from spiritual traditions and some from modern science that both point to a physics explanation for all psychological phenomena. Prana is composed of gases. So-called "life-energy" is more than likely composed of gases, partially ionized gases and plasmas. I have concluded thus from experience. When I breath, gases are absorbed that go other places than to my heart. I am assuming that they are lighter than oxygen but I cannot say for certain. To attempt to coalesce and consolidate many distinct concepts, experiences and knowledge into a coherent, comprehensive and complete philosophical, theoretical and practical set of principles is the challenge.
One must always begin somewhere and must start out with a simple set of philosophical principles or assumptions that are all-inclusive, if one ever hopes to make sense of reality in a holistic manner or in a complete way. I will lay out the "principles of reality" as I have come to understand them, experience them and to have concluded them to be. The hope is that these principles will make reality clearer, while also aiding the processes of envisioning and creating better technological applications and more perfect practical solutions. When reality is misunderstood, we unintentionally work against natural forces but when correctly understood we are in a better position to realize the range of possibilities. We cannot actualize the best potentials, if we do not grasp the fundamental principles of reality, including their interrelationships and their limitations. The only principle of reality that is Infinite, Unlimited, Absolute or Ultimate is Awareness. All forms of information and energy come with limitation. By understanding limitations, we can better comprehend the most effective practical applications.
Awareness, Information and Energy
The three overarching principles of reality that account for everything are Awareness, Information and Energy. All phenomena regardless of scale, form or duration are the result of the interplay, relationship and interaction of these three basic principles. Awareness is the spiritual principle that all of creation and that all beings share equally in. It is the ubiquitous, single, underlying fact that is present everywhere, as the Source of all forms and varieties of information and energy. In other posts, the nature of Awareness has been touched upon and it has been emphasized repeatedly that to understand Awareness one must experience Awareness. All of the practical indications toward that direct experience have been already sufficiently enumerated. Awareness is equivalent to the notion of God but then in this sense as the Infinite, Absolute, Ultimate, Formless Essence that precedes everything.
What is information? A synonym for information is frequency or sound. Every vibration has specific frequency/sound and is thus a carrier of precise information. What is energy? A concentration of substance to a point or a particle is generally the form that energy takes. There is no volume of space that does not carry some form of information/energy. The dividing line between information and energy is difficult to discern given that they are two sides of the same coin. Information is like an expansive wave and energy is like a contractive point. Yet, one can become the other, through expansion or through contraction, as information and energy are ultimately equivalent. A human being for instance is a complex of informational waves and energetic particles forming one whole pattern or system. A thought can become action and an experience can become an emotion. There is a seamless interplay between these two as information translates into energy and as energy becomes information. Is there really a distinction between information and energy or are they merely two expressions of the same substance? Information is radiative and expansive and energy is concentrative and contractive. What are all of the forms of information and energy? How do the forces of expansion and contraction operate on all scales?
We must study all three aspects of reality if we are to understand anything. We must study our own
Awareness through defocusing awareness. As for studying information and energy, we must delve into all of the forms that these two principles take.
Expansion, Contraction and Balancing
Two additional principles that must be addressed at the outset are the principles of expansion and contraction. There is also a third principle that balances the two but what must be understood is the basic principle that describes and provides the model for defining all forms of change, transformation, growth, development and even decay. All change or transformation occurs through an expansion followed by a contraction and/or through a contraction followed by an expansion. Following these movements there is always a balancing of the two. Expansion is a release of energy that radiates outward from the center in all directions and contraction is an absorption of energy that contracts inward toward the center from all directions. The balancing of these two movements blends them together in the middle between these two forces. All actions on all scales are governed by these three basic forces taking all different forms and operating in all distinct media, whether, through magnetism, sound, light, electricity, plasmas, gases, liquids, solids, etc. There is no change and there is no form that is not governed by these forces.
This means that the "universe" and anything else besides could have been created initially by either a "big bang" or a "big crunch" but that ultimately both processes are necessary to create or to change anything, whether they occur simultaneously or sequentially. From the largest scale to the smallest the same basic principles of change, growth and evolution occur in the same way. Human evolution for example is contingent upon absorbing gases/plasmas through contraction and circulating them throughout one's life through expansion. First there is an absorption of energy through contraction and then there is a release of energy through expansion or vis versa. Every change occurs in precisely this way and follows this process or procedure. Thus, every event is predictable, describable and definable given that all forces and factors involved are relatively well known, accounted for and sufficiently understood. How can we better design our technologies to account for and operate according to these two basic facts of change? What practical problems can be addressed through application of this basic principle? How can we apply these principles of expansion/contraction to generate usable energy?
The Basic Pattern of Reality - The Figure-Eight Cross
What form do the essential forces of expansion and contraction take? These forces operate throughout every form through the pattern of interlocking 3-D figure-eight crosses. In fact, the basic pattern or structure of the whole substance of reality is in the form of a 3-Dimensional Lemniscate Fractal that can be scaled up to any magnitude and that can be scaled down to any dimension. Picture a pattern of figure-eight crosses within figure-eight crosses, each containing the equal forces of expansion and contraction, as the balancing force flows in-between them. Just look at your eyes, then look at your mouth and forehead. You can map out your entire life with figure-eight crosses. Superimpose a figure-eight over a tree from root to branch and you can see contractive forces in the roots, expansive forces in the branches and balancing forces in the trunk. The real "tree of life" is described by a fractal pattern of figure-eight crosses. There is no form, from a galaxy to an atom that cannot be described, defined and completely rendered through the pattern of interlocking figure-eight fractals.
This pattern governs magnetism which, as Albert Roy Davis and Walter C. Rawls have shown through their work possesses magnetic currents that are composed of two separate, equal, distinct forces. Magnetism governs all relationships, drawing and holding all things together. There are not four forces, just one and it is magnetism. All forms of sound follow this pattern, as do all forms of energy. Sound and light are governed by magnetism. All forms of plasma, gas, liquid and solid are influenced by sounded light and are shaped through magnetic currents. Electricity is part of the balancing force for the two magnetic currents. Sound frequency affects magnetic current flow, adjusting electrical flow and bringing about change in form. Matter or substance takes seven basic
forms: magnetism; sound; light; plasma; gas; liquid; solid. Heat and cold are merely the byproducts of the forces of expansion or contraction. Electricity is the balancing force between the two magnetic currents. The flow of electrical currents may be mapped along the perimeter of the figure-eight fractal patterns that reality is composed of.
The Seven Forms of Information/Energy
What are the basic forms of information and energy? Just as there are seven basic states of matter or substance, there are seven basic forms that all substances of information/energy take within the figure-eight pattern. The most fundamental form of information and energy is Space. Within Space there are contained all forms of information and energy, as well as all possible forms of information and energy. There are many possible spaces of information and spaces of energy. It is impossible for any object to exist without a space of information and energy. It must be understood that space is a substance. Every space carries frequencies. A frequency is a more complex, coherent pattern of sounds. Where there are frequencies, particles are formed. When the potential energies of space are contracted by frequencies particles are produced. Another way to say this is that magnetism orders sound into coherent frequency patterns that generate light. Particles coalesce or gather together forming into spheres or envelopes. A sphere is like a bubble of energy that possesses a membrane through which particles can be absorbed or released. As particles circulate within spheres and are absorbed/released vortices are developed, internally and externally. Through the action of vortices, matrices are produced within spheres that follow the form of the sphere. All interactions between spaces, frequencies, particles, spheres, vortices and matrices are governed by the principle of resonance. What does this tell us about reality? What is the relevance of these principles to technology? Through better understanding form, we can better understand function.
A human being is a composite of informational and energetic patterns composed of spaces, frequencies, particles, spheres, vortices, matrices and resonance. To understand any phenomenon one need only break it down into its basic forms. It must be emphasized that there is no such place as "empty space." Space is the basic substance within which and out of which all of these forms of information and energy arise. Why is this important? How is this perspective of reality more useful than the alternatives? What is its practical import? The fact is that in understanding the nature of creation, one can better fashion more efficient and effective technologies. If you want to fly, you do not create a "bird-like" sphere! Instead you create a sphere that "swims" through the air. A bird is a most inefficient flying creature that is a land-based animal that is evolved to fly, not an air-based creature that is designed to fly. The correct understanding is found by looking at underwater species. They live, move and have their being underwater and thus are more perfectly adapted for underwater movement. Forms must be designed according to the medium within which they must operate and not according to the limitations of either our philosophical assumptions, knowledge or experience. We assume that it is necessary to have wings to fly and though our assumption is based on experience it is still false. Wings are not necessary for flight!
Putting it All Together
Awareness is the Ultimate Space that contains all forms of information and energy. The terms information and energy are synonymous with the terms expansive and contractive forces. The forces of expansion and contraction operate at all scales through 3-Dimensional figure-eight cross fractal patterns. Another name for these forces is magnetism, which patterns all sound, light, electricity, plasmas, gases, liquids and solids into lemniscate cross fractals. These materials are formed into spaces, frequencies, particles, spheres, vortices, matrices and resonances. By looking at reality through the correct "conceptual lens" or with the appropriate "principle filter," one is able to see much more and to understand everything much better. I am convinced that understanding the nature of reality is relevant to Self-Realization and to human development and evolution. What types of spheres do gases or plasmas form in and around human life? What kind of vortices? What matrices? What are the resonances between human beings? How does magnetism hold the human being together? How can one utilize the figure-eight pattern to create a map that describes the magnetic energy flow within the human being?

Generally, when psychology is discussed it is viewed through the lens of physiology, biology or chemistry. Rarely are physics and psychology considered as being related subjects or areas of study. Few would consider physics as a viable means or window to understanding psychology, unless it is through "quantum physics." I doubt that it is necessary to factor the nebulous theories of "quantum mechanics" - whatever they actually are - into the equation. The greater the number, frequency and variety of experiences of an "energetic nature" that I have, the more convinced I become that to understand psychology we need only apply our knowledge of physics and the known chemical elements to gain insight into psychological processes. We need not add unnecessary terms, elements or conditions, nor are we limited to a reductionist absurdity.
To say that psychology is physics and/or that there is a physics that is peculiar to psychology is to state the same principle in two equally valid ways. How does one make sense of the phrase "physics of psychology"? What is a physics of psychology? We must begin by assuming that the human being possesses or is of the composition of all phases of matter. A human being contains a variety of substances in the Solid, Liquid, Gaseous and Plasma phases. This principle has been staring us in the face through the theories of the elements of Earth, Water, Wind and Fire that can be found in many spiritual philosophies. Clearly, a human being is composed of many substances and it may be safe to assume that whatever substances may be found in the human body in the solid and liquid phases, may also be present in human life in gaseous and plasma phases. That it is so, I am relatively certain, as to how it works I still have many questions.
What leads me to conclude that gases and plasmas are present in human life? Well, look first to cosmology, then ask yourself if it is probable or likely that what is everywhere, is not also here. But, there is another more compelling proof and it comes from personal experience. I have breathed gases into my own body that created a "pressure," presumably due to expansion in my solar plexus and in my head. The pressure is not unlike the pressure associated with indigestion, belching or flatulence, thus if it acts like a gas, feels like a gas and affects one like a gas, then it must be a gas. It is interesting to note another glaring fact staring us right in the face that comes from the breathing exercises of the Yogic tradition. The Yogic breathing exercises are meant to imbibe an energy substance called "Prana," but it may well be that what is called Prana may be another term for various gases. The "Chi" of the Taoist tradition may also be a reference to gases.
There is another type of experience that seems to lend additional credence to this theory and it is the question of the transformation of sexual fluid. It does seem to be a fact that parts of the sexual fluid may change phase and become gases. I have personally experienced this through intoning the vowel sounds, specifically the sounds, "OU" and "OH." Again, mantra repetition and chanting seem synonymous with renunciation and monasticism throughout all traditions as a means of transforming sexual fluids into gases. What is experienced through this process is the "pressures" in the solar plexus and head mentioned previously, in addition to the occurrence of natural pranayama's. Like substances attract like substances, thus the cryptic and the otherwise incomprehensible statement of Christ where he says, "he that hath will be given more and more but he that hath not even that will be taken away." To begin to understand and experience these processes I think that reading both the works of G. I. Gurdjieff and Richard Rose is helpful. There is also much practical knowledge in the Yogic, Buddhist and Taoist traditions that might be better appreciated if viewed in its proper light.
My sense is that physical health depends upon the right combination, ratio and quantity of gases, in conjunction with all of the usual things. When "healing energy" is transmitted, it may well be gas particles that are being conveyed. A comparative study of all that is known of gases/plasmas with all that has been stated regarding "psychic phenomena" or experiences may provide a rational explanation of the "unexplained" that is comprehensible within a physics framework or theoretical model. Another point to consider is that this perspective or theory can be tested scientifically and is therefore falsifiable, whereas reductionism is not falsifiable and is therefore unscientific. What is the gaseous makeup of the human being? Are these gases contained or held in place by plasma? Do these gases fuel plasmas? Do human beings possess gaseous bodies and/or plasma bodies? How can one test for the presence of the whole range of gases that are lighter than oxygen in or around the human body?
If the physical body is carbon-based and the sexual fluid is carbon-based, is carbon gas an essential substance for human life? If so, why do we exhale carbon dioxide? How do gases stratify or segment in or around the physical body? Do the heavier gases contract towards the center? Do these gases mix together? Is the human evolutionary process one of becoming a "Gas Giant" and then a "Sun" on our own scale through absorption of gaseous/plasma substances and through development of gaseous/plasma bodies? What is the relationship of sound or frequency to the phases of matter, distinct substances and to transformation of substances through expansion or through contraction? Is psychology, physics? How can this theory be tested scientifically? Is it possible to accurately measure the total "gas content" or "plasma content" of the human being? Are "scientists" ready to slide down this slippery slope of discovery that will lead them directly to spirituality, creation and "intelligent design"?

Magnetic Currents
The Relationship of Energy Flow to Enlightenment
Our life is composed of creative energies. The nature of these energies is flow and polarity. What these energies are is one question and how they affect and relate to our life is another. The basic fact is that there are many energies that go into the human being. My own theory is that these energies are composed of all four phases of matter, solid, liquid, gas and plasma and that all are organized by magnetism through frequency or sound. The best place to look for the most useful information on magnetism, as not only the fundamental force of creation but as two fundamental forces of energy is the work and books of Albert Roy Davis and Walter C. Rawls. The key to understanding the energies of life is to begin with a correct knowledge of magnetism.
I have found their book, "The Rainbow In Your Hands," to be the most relevant and helpful book on healing and energy flow. The basic premise is that we possess two natural polarities of energy flow within our life and the important insight is the association of one type of energy with the left hand and the other type with the right hand. This is important because it explains precisely why my efforts to heal and clear my own energy flow in the past were unsuccessful. I was using both hands to heal and clear my energies when what I needed to be using was only my left hand. With my right hand I was unintentionally reinforcing my energy conditions, whereas my left hand was relieving the congested energies. When I understood this principle and applied only my left hand to the areas affected by tightness, constriction and tension due to energy concentration and blockage, I experienced immediate relief and came back naturally to my Enlightened Awareness.
What is the relationship of energy flow and its circulation to Enlightenment? What is the relationship of energy transmission to Enlightenment? What is the cause of internal energy flow problems? How can an energy transmission induce Enlightened awareness? I think that most of these questions may be answered by understanding the polarity of expansive energy that flows through the left hand. In the beginning, there was expansion and contraction...it doesn't matter which force came first, the presence of one force necessitates the occurrence of the other. My understanding leads me to conclude that the energy of the left hand is conducive to healing and Enlightenment and that the energy of the right hand is useful for creation and evolution. Creation begins with a contraction of energy and then an expansion. Awareness is expansive and thus the expansive energy is the polarity of energy most helpful towards Enlightenment. Health is related to energy flow and expansive energy clears energy blockages thus helping to create a strong energy circulation.
Energy Circulation Problems
A focused state of awareness results in a concentrated condition of energy. It is precisely these areas of concentrated energy that give rise to the greatest problems in energy flow. I know from experience that defocusing awareness is not always sufficient in itself to break up these energy clusters. For Enlightenment, two factors are essential, defocused awareness and freely circulating energy flow. Grace is a real energy of whatever composition that must be able to circulate freely throughout one's energy for Enlightened Awareness to be sustained comfortably and safely. This is where knowledge comes in handy and can help one to deal with energy flow problems most effectively. If one knows that there are three basic forces, one expansive, one contractive and one balancing, then one only needs to determine which force to apply and how to apply it.
For problems related to a lack of energy, contractive energy is necessary, given that it draws energy in. For problems related to energy flow, expansive energy is needed to release energy. For all other conditions a balancing energy is needed, which results from an equal measure of expansive and contractive forces. The great thing about all of this is that the solution really is in your own hands, the question is just which one. The left hand carries expansive energy and the right hand carries contractive energy and the balancing energy is distributed throughout one's life, being carried between these two polarities. Using both hands together helps to harmonize, balance or maintain homeostasis. Can one heal a community or an environment with the energy of the left hand? Can one stimulate creation or economic development with the energy of the right hand? What are the practical possibilities and limitations of this approach?
Energy Transmission and Enlightenment
In energy transmission the primary energy that is conveyed is the Grace of Enlightened Awareness. That said, why do Enlightened Beings not Enlighten everyone if they are transmitting Grace to all? I think the answer comes back to this polarity of expansive energy carried through the left hand. It is the psychic concentrations of energy that need to be released and redistributed throughout the system. These knots of energy that are a by product of focused awareness, can be loosed by the energy of the left hand. Thus, when a spiritual teacher transmits this expansive polarity of energy to others, Enlightenment experiences will be more likely. An Enlightened quality or flow of energy in itself does not guarantee the transmission of Enlightenment to others, nor does a greater quantity of energy insure transmission of Enlightenment. However, it would seem that anyone can transmit Enlightenment to others provided that they transmit the expansive polarity of energy in sufficient quantity through a blessing using the left hand.
In the transmission of Enlightenment it does seem to be the case that knowledge and application of energy according to polarity is more important than any other factor.. This may explain the effectiveness of Ramana Maharshi or of Poonja, when it came to transmission of energy and precipitation of Enlightenment. Is spiritual "ripeness" merely a synonym for having clear energy channels? Does the expansive energy clear the energy channels and open up the individual to receive Grace? When Yogananda transmitted Enlightenment was it done with or through the left hand? What of effective shakipat transmissions? Will applying only the left hand make them most effective? Does the left eye transmit the expansive energy?
The three-part formula to insure Enlightenment is to defocus awareness, to receive Grace and to clear your energy channels through applying your left hand to your body.

The best place to look for the most useful information on magnetism, as not only the fundamental force of creation but as two fundamental forces of energy is the work and books of Albert Roy Davis and Walter C. Rawls. The key to understanding the energies of life is to begin with a correct knowledge of magnetism.
I have found their book, "The Rainbow In Your Hands," to be the most relevant and helpful book on healing and energy flow. The basic premise is that we possess two natural polarities of energy flow within our life and the important insight is the association of one type of energy with the left hand and the other type with the right hand. This is important because it explains precisely why my efforts to heal and clear my own energy flow in the past were unsuccessful. I was using both hands to heal and clear my energies when what I needed to be using was only my left hand. With my right hand I was unintentionally reinforcing my energy conditions, whereas my left hand was relieving the congested energies. When I understood this principle and applied only my left hand to the areas affected by tightness, constriction and tension due to energy concentration and blockage, I experienced immediate relief and came back naturally to my Enlightened Awareness.
What is the relationship of energy flow and its circulation to Enlightenment? What is the relationship of energy transmission to Enlightenment? What is the cause of internal energy flow problems? How can an energy transmission induce Enlightened awareness? I think that most of these questions may be answered by understanding the polarity of expansive energy that flows through the left hand. In the beginning, there was expansion and contraction...it doesn't matter which force came first, the presence of one force necessitates the occurrence of the other. My understanding leads me to conclude that the energy of the left hand is conducive to healing and Enlightenment and that the energy of the right hand is useful for creation and evolution. Creation begins with a contraction of energy and then an expansion. Awareness is expansive and thus the expansive energy is the polarity of energy most helpful towards Enlightenment. Health is related to energy flow and expansive energy clears energy blockages thus helping to create a strong energy circulation.
Energy Circulation Problems
A focused state of awareness results in a concentrated condition of energy. It is precisely these areas of concentrated energy that give rise to the greatest problems in energy flow. I know from experience that defocusing awareness is not always sufficient in itself to break up these energy clusters. For Enlightenment, two factors are essential, defocused awareness and freely circulating energy flow. Grace is a real energy of whatever composition that must be able to circulate freely throughout one's energy for Enlightened Awareness to be sustained comfortably and safely. This is where knowledge comes in handy and can help one to deal with energy flow problems most effectively. If one knows that there are three basic forces, one expansive, one contractive and one balancing, then one only needs to determine which force to apply and how to apply it.
For problems related to a lack of energy, contractive energy is necessary, given that it draws energy in. For problems related to energy flow, expansive energy is needed to release energy. For all other conditions a balancing energy is needed, which results from an equal measure of expansive and contractive forces. The great thing about all of this is that the solution really is in your own hands, the question is just which one. The left hand carries expansive energy and the right hand carries contractive energy and the balancing energy is distributed throughout one's life, being carried between these two polarities. Using both hands together helps to harmonize, balance or maintain homeostasis. Can one heal a community or an environment with the energy of the left hand? Can one stimulate creation or economic development with the energy of the right hand? What are the practical possibilities and limitations of this approach?
Energy Transmission and Enlightenment
In energy transmission the primary energy that is conveyed is the Grace of Enlightened Awareness. That said, why do Enlightened Beings not Enlighten everyone if they are transmitting Grace to all? I think the answer comes back to this polarity of expansive energy carried through the left hand. It is the psychic concentrations of energy that need to be released and redistributed throughout the system. These knots of energy that are a by product of focused awareness, can be loosed by the energy of the left hand. Thus, when a spiritual teacher transmits this expansive polarity of energy to others, Enlightenment experiences will be more likely. An Enlightened quality or flow of energy in itself does not guarantee the transmission of Enlightenment to others, nor does a greater quantity of energy insure transmission of Enlightenment. However, it would seem that anyone can transmit Enlightenment to others provided that they transmit the expansive polarity of energy in sufficient quantity through a blessing using the left hand.
In the transmission of Enlightenment it does seem to be the case that knowledge and application of energy according to polarity is more important than any other factor.. This may explain the effectiveness of Ramana Maharshi or of Poonja, when it came to transmission of energy and precipitation of Enlightenment. Is spiritual "ripeness" merely a synonym for having clear energy channels? Does the expansive energy clear the energy channels and open up the individual to receive Grace? When Yogananda transmitted Enlightenment was it done with or through the left hand? What of effective shakipat transmissions? Will applying only the left hand make them most effective? Does the left eye transmit the expansive energy?
The three-part formula to insure Enlightenment is to defocus awareness, to receive Grace and to clear your energy channels through applying your left hand to your body.
